WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge KNIGHT RIDER FESTIVAL©Paul Casey Productions and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my parking activities on the premises.

I understand that the activities in which I will participate, because a moving vehicle is and could be inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily harm and damage to personal property and/or death; and that injuries can also occur because of the conditions of the land, and that the land may pose such dangerous conditions due to snakes, insects, spiders, ditches, rocks, culverts, fallen trees, branches, snow, mud, or other natural and man-made hazards. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and next of kin, I waive all claims for damages, injuries and death sustained on named property, that I may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity.

By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility for any and all injuries, bodily harm, death or damage to personal property.

Furthermore I agree to abide by all rules and decisions both written and verbal that may be issued by the staff or appointed agent of KNIGHT RIDER FESTIVAL ©Paul Casey Productions during the March 20-21 2009 Event, and that such decisions and rules shall be accepted and binding without recourse on my part. Furthermore my failure to abide by same will result in the forfeiter of my right to participate.

I acknowledge KNIGHT RIDER FESTIVAL ©Paul Casey Productions retains / reserves all rights expressed or implied to the written, verbal or visual images and descriptions of the EVENT. Broadcasts, Transmissions or Written Descriptions of the Images will not be allowed without the expressed written permission of Paul Casey. Furthermore in consideration of the right to participate and by the witness of my signature below I agree to all the terms herein.

I am 18 years of age or older and completely competent to enter into this waiver.
